Dimma provides an AI-powered CRM and customer engagement platform including:
Multi-agent AI setups (Sales, Support, Feedback).
Voice blast and automated call capabilities.
Sentiment and intent analytics.
Compliance with Laws: You (the Client) are responsible for ensuring that your contact lists are obtained legally. You must comply with “Do Not Call” registries and local telemarketing laws.
Contact Misuse: Dimma provides the tools, but the Client owns the relationship. You agree not to use Dimma for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
Non-Disclosure of Dimma Tech: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the Dimma AI or its proprietary voice-modeling technology.
Your Data: You retain 100% ownership of the contact lists and conversation transcripts generated. Digivo/Dimma does not claim ownership of your customer data.
Our Platform: Digivo retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Dimma software, AI models, voice options, and brand assets.
Plans: Services are billed based on the selected tier (Standard/Pro).
Usage Limits: Exceeding call minutes or contact limits may result in additional charges or the need to upgrade your plan.
Refunds: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we handle disputes on a case-by-case basis to ensure “Human-Centric” service.
Dimma is an AI-powered tool. While we strive for 100% natural interaction, we are not liable for specific outcomes of business conversations or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our anti-spam policies or engage in unethical use of AI voice technology.
